Mentoring is the cornerstone of what the organization brings to the community by guiding youth in life experiences, fostering a positive self-perception and self respect, encouraging excellence in education, and the pursuit of positive life-long goals.

Education
Education initiatives like partnering with local communities to create and/or support charter schools, summer camps for at-risk youth, as well as career days at schools/universities are an important focus for our organization. It is an evolution of our mentoring activities as we endeavor to inundate children and communities in innovative student-centered academic environments enhancing their ability to attain their dreams and become productive global leaders.
HEALTH & WELLNESS
Health & Wellness is a vital component of a thriving community. The 100 partners with other non-profit organizations to promote preventative health strategies, deliver screenings and provide education on prevalent African American diseases.
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
Economic Empowerment programs focus on 3-primary areas: Financial Literacy, Family Wealth Building and Entrepreneurship. Through comprehensive seminars and training classes, these programs work to promote economic self-sufficiency.
